Module 1 - STOP Meditation

STOP meditation was invented by Elisha Goldstein, Ph.D. It helps create the habit of stopping, during the day, and getting in touch with what is going on inside.

Module 2 - Leaves on a stream

A five-minute exercise to learn to see our thoughts scroll with more distance.

Module 3 - Dropping Anchor

To learn to anchor in our senses so as not to be completely swept away by emotional storms.

Module 4 - Mindful Breathing

A six-minute exercise that teaches us to come back to our breath, to anchor ourselves in the present moment.

Module 5 - Open Awareness

A 15-minute exercise that helps us develop the ability to see with more detachment what is happening within us.

Module 6 - Physicalizing

A 10-minute exercise to observe with detachment an uncomfortable feeling.
