Psychotherapy

Short term (up to 8 - 10 sessions) ​- Therapies vary according to the clinician: cognitive-behavioral (CBT); acceptance and commitment (ACT); dialectic-behavioural (DBT); EMDR etc.

Therapy by phone or online with the Telus Health Virtual Visits system.
