The OSCFEO provides services to patients registered with its family physicians and who have a valid Ontario health card.

Important information: 

1. All visits are by appointment only.

2. A valid health card must be presented at each visit in order to receive services covered by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.

3. Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. During this time, you will register at reception and complete the forms required for your visit. A delay of more than 10 min results in the cancellation of your appointment and a $20 fee.
